WELDING AUTOMATION - Testimonial Seibel Modern
Seibel Modern needed help and we were happy to move a time consuming welding operation into an automated process.
These systems are complete with HMI User Screen, Safety Light Curtain System, Servo Gantry Control, PLC for Coordination
and Collaborative Fanuc Lincoln Electric Welding Package. Easy for both experienced welders or untrained operators to run.
SERVO POSITIONING AUTOMATION
This is a conversion that we did on an off the shelf lathe to create an automated positioning system. This can be used for marking, deburr, polishing, and other light duty work. This concept could be adapted with larger equipment to provide a system fit for material removal.
AUTOMATED MACHINE TENDING
Project highlights include a collaborative robot, custom fixturing, remote alert system, and a touchscreen interface.
